The format of these videos are Mp4, and yes, the files can be transferred to your laptop or other storage devices if you like.

Question: Does it contain shrimad Bhagawatam lecture

 Answer: Yes. It contains all the Prabhupada Bhagavatam letctures that are available on film or video tape. That is about 15 Bhagavatam letctures.

Question: It mentions that the DVDs have subtitles. What about the USB stick? Do they also have the subtitles in 24 different languages? Or at least in English?

 Answer: The USB sticks have subtitles in English only.

Question: Are the 19 dvd and the Usb stick contains the same qualité videos?

Question: Can these be played on smart TV?

 Answer: Yes. As long as your smart TV can play standard .mp4 video files, which most can.

Yes. Full HD is 1080p. Previously we released the Prabhupada films and videos in SD, that is 480p. So this is a HUGE improvevment. Four times the detail as in the previous version.
