I'm Guyanese & Puerto Rican. My Mom ( Guyanese) side of the family are Hindu and I am Catholic, just like my Father was. When I was a child, I was always with my Mom attending different Hindu functions that her family members or friends had. Incidentally, although they are offered as “men's wear”, in our opinion they look just as good on ladies! We believe that these kurtas are the most versatile garments in the world: besides being perfect (of course) for yoga and meditation, they' re ideal as pajama tops, beach-wear, and can easily replace any non-formal shirt, polo or tee. Ladies could even wear a raw-silk kurta as a very elegant blouse for, say, a summer evening party!
Krishna Store kurtas appear to be lovingly handcrafted with quality fabrics, made to last, and the fact that they come from the holy and magnificent city of Vrindavan just adds a certain mojo (for lack of better term) to their charm. Luckily I've found on the European Krishna Store the Little Krishna Animated DVD Series. I've seen this fantastic animation on someone's facebook profile and tried to find out where I could buy it. It was nearly impossible, even the production in Pune didn't know that it is on sale out side of India.
Finally I've got them, I've seen them several times and I could see them even more ...

I ordered the Srila Prabhupada DVD set. It arrived shortly after the order was placed. I could see It was packed with lot of care. As I opened it, the nectar of Srila Prabhupada's person started to flow. The DVD case had a beautiful photograph of Srila Prabhupada conducting Sankirtan in a park. The DVDs were also very neatly labeled and inserted in the case.
I inserted a DVD into my player and as we watched Srila Prabhupada conducting a ratha yatra we felt that we had never tasted such nectar before! I felt that I should distribute more of this nectar to those who are in need of it. I have ordered for one more DVD set, which I would like to give to my friend! Jai Srila Prabhupada!

The Krishna bag is lovely, lots of comments from people, the bed throw is lovely too, plenty big enough lots of material, lovely pattern, bought two chakra necklaces one for my friend, the cord is long enough to slip over your head which is a bonus and saves time, I also bought clothing, yoga pants, slight thin material but comfortable to wear, I will buy again from the Krishna store, they seem like a very caring company.
