Krishna Store is my go to place for anything devotional. In India, Sri Vrndavana dhama is known as storehouse of all devotional items related to Lord Krsna. In USA, Krishna store takes that place. I have been a regular customer of Krishna store. Their service is quick, cost is reasonable (except the shipping cost in some cases). They are also very responsive to customer feedback and complaints. I recently ran into an issue where a duplicate volume of a book set was sent in my order. I felt like quitting Krishna consciousness because my friend comes down here with a free breakfast of meat and I feel obligated to eat it so I was dumping the books onto charity shops but I was always drawn back to Krishna so I was ordering more from time to time . Swami Prabupadhu has interesting comments on desire, he says you can't kill desire but rechannel it for a higher purpose . Take the Buddha reaching nirvana didn't curb his appetite - you must have seen statues of the Buddha after enlightenment depicted as being fat . Also deep meditation can be dangerous as the Devil could get in tempting you . Mantra meditation is easier , so chant Hare Krishna ! - and be happy !.

I gave Bhagavad Gita, along with the small books included with it as a Christmas gift. I received many books and a DVD for an amazing price! However, my mother read The Perfection of Yoga and she was really turned off by the yogis leaving their wives to meditate in the forest on animal skins. I would just recommend not to include that book and maybe replace it with another one.

The incense is wonderful and has the most beautiful natural smell that permeates the entire house I use it regularly when I meditate. Krsna confirms everything I ever suspected about reality, as it is. Thirty years ago, I was psychoanalysed and diagnosed by Western medical practitioners as being mentally unstable. (Bipolar illness) I have been heavily medicated for over thirty years, with heavy pharmaceutical psychoactive drugs which were meant to adjust my perception so that I would not commit suicide. I have always been honest to everybody, admitting humbly, that I could not comprehend reality (even though I spent 17 years completing a degree majoring in philosophy. I had been praying to God constantly, to help me understand the seemable absurdity about me, & was one day, compelled to purchase a copy of Prabhupada's translation of Bhagavad Gita, which had been advertised by a seller on Ebay, as the perfect solution to anxiety and depression. It did not take long for me to comprehend that this book was able to comprehensively explain the absurdity of reality to me, so that I could make sense of myself, my place, & my purpose, as well as that of others. I have continued studying beyond BG, & am presently studying Prabhupada's translation of Srimad Bhagavatum. My mind has never been more at peace, & I have never felt so content. I have been distributing Prabhupada's books ever since, to many people, and they have given me much joy, after reading them, & glorifying Krsna. I don't think anything makes me feel happier to hear them say Hare Krsna! Because I know how much happier I feel in Krsna Consciousness. I highly recommend Prabhupada's books to everybody who is suffering unnecessarily, due to ignorance of complete knowledge of the self & our higher purpose in this realm. Title:Priceless Nectar for the price of meal

I have many of Prabhupada's original books in hardcover and paperback which I love. However, I love having all his books available on both my phone and iPad. I can read more everyday because of that and there is no higher reading than these books, letters, lectures, etc. The amazing thing is that all that for $20. Most eBooks are $5 - $20 a piece and I got the whole collection for the price of a meal. I have been waiting for this for so long and I can't explain how appreciative I am that it is available for downloading from the Krishna Store which is best source for all things Krishna and Prabhupada you'll every find.
